Key achievement: After being with the company for 2 months, a client requested a large AML check of the French clients. I was put in charge of the whole team and had to manage the workflow in order to ensure sufficient coverage in 4 days. The management set out initial expectations, which a team under my leadership managed to beat comfortably by a large margin, thus impressing everyone. After that, I was given responsibility for a wider region and was assigned 2 assistants to help me with the added workload. I have since overseen a large improvement of systematic coverage of AML relevant profiles in my region.
